Products are not exchangeable or returnable.
- Only items that are defective or damaged by us are eligible for return and exchange.
- Exchanges are only strictly permitted for same colours.
- Clients must first contact with our designated representative (Customer Service WhatsApp +601160562789). Before completing the returns or exchanges, provide your order number, name, address, product information, and the reason for the return.
- Within 7 days after receiving the order, the item or items must be returned.
- Any postal complaints made by customers must be reported to the person in charge.
- Please let us know the most recent parcel movements (tracking number).
- It will be the customers' responsibility to guarantee the item(s) are delivered safely.
- We will pay the postage charges for returns of defective goods. For processing, kindly forward the receipt to us.
- Exchange requests will be handled 7 days after the returned items are received.
- Please be aware that item exchanges are depending upon stock availability.
